Doing it right is the standard. EvidLY is how you prove you've met it.
Picture the moment it's tested — the inspector at the door, the claim on the line, the board asking you to show it. Are you reaching for proof, or hoping the paperwork holds? For the leaders who'd rather know, EvidLY turns everything your kitchen does into evidence that stands up. Every time.
Policy Lens reads the policy. Your agent evaluates the coverage — it identifies and flags, it never advises.
Not another checklist. The record built to hold up.
Every compliance tool gives you a cleaner log. EvidLY gives you something no log is: evidence that survives scrutiny — because it's built by an NFPA 96 expert witness, sealed and tamper-evident, tied to exactly what your policy, your lease, and your county's fire and food safety rules require of you. Fire and food, tracked separately, never blended. From the daily line check to the annual inspection, every action your kitchen takes becomes sealed, defensible evidence — not just a box ticked.
Predict · Know before it's tested
All four sets of rules — your policy, your lease, and your county's fire and food safety requirements — kept current, and you're told the moment your kitchen drifts, while there's still time to make it right.
Reduce · Close the gap
Food and fire in one place, nothing missed or re-keyed. The exposure you couldn't see, made visible — before it becomes the thing that harms someone.
Prove · Stand behind it
Every cleaning, inspection, and log sealed — who did it, when, to which standard. When anyone says “prove it,” you already can.
You built this. Stand behind it.
You put your life into this kitchen, and you're liable for work you contract out to people you'll never watch. You don't want to hope the job was done right — you want to know it was, and prove it when your carrier, or a court, comes asking.
Liable for what you can't watch
You contract out the hood cleaning, the vendor work. If they cut corners, you're the one who answers for it — not them. EvidLY proves the work was done to standard, so their shortcut isn't your liability.
Know, don't hope
Stop wondering whether your paperwork would hold if someone looked. See exactly where you stand against every requirement — and fix what's slipping before it's tested.
Protect what you built
One fire, one denied claim, one failed inspection can undo years of work. EvidLY is how you make sure everything you've built is actually sound — and provable.
For institutions — hospitals · schools · senior living · campuses
Prove every kitchen met standard — before anyone asks.
You answer to accreditors, boards, and AHJs — and to the public. A fire in a hospital or a school isn't a claim; it's a headline. Whether you run one kitchen or forty, EvidLY is the record that proves each one met standard.
The authority behind the record
The standard
NFPA 96 expert witness · IKECA CECS certified
The fire standard your kitchens are held to is one defended in commercial kitchen fire litigation — not a checklist someone wrote.
The rigor & the data
25+ years in IT Operations, IT Compliance & Cybersecurity consulting
Delivered for Deloitte, Cisco, and Dell Technologies. Master's in Information Management Systems — the compliance discipline and data handling behind the record, at enterprise scale.
Proof, sealed
Every cleaning and inspection on the record: who did it, when, to which governing standard. Tamper-evident, write-once. Fire and food safety kept separate — never blended into one number.
Built for who you answer to
Ready for the accreditor, the AHJ, the board, or a plaintiff's attorney. The moment they say “prove it,” you already can.
Every vendor accountable
You contract the work out — prove it was actually done to standard, instead of chasing paper across a stack of contractors.
One or many
One kitchen or every kitchen in the district: the same standard, the same record, one place for every vendor across your whole footprint.
Your proof will be tested. It was built by the expert who knows what survives.
When a carrier, a court, or an accreditor tries to poke holes in your record, it holds — because it was built by an NFPA 96 expert witness who defends these exact cases, backed by 25+ years in compliance and data at Deloitte, Cisco, and Dell.
Most compliance tools are built by software people. EvidLY is built by someone who knows precisely what it takes to hold up when everything's on the line.

Questions before you commit
What does EvidLY do?
It documents your food and fire safety as you work, and identifies what your county and your insurance policy require that isn't yet in your record.
Is this insurance advice?
No. Policy Lens reads the policy you upload and identifies the operational provisions in it. Your agent evaluates the coverage — EvidLY never makes coverage determinations.
What about onboarding?
Our team builds your account for you — county requirements, equipment, vendor records, document import — you're not setting it up yourself. For Founders there's no integration fee (normally $199/org + $99 per additional location), and once your account is built you get 45 days free before billing.
How long is Founder pricing available?
250 Founder seats. No date deadline. A seat is claimed when an account goes live. Founders lock $99/mo for the first location (plus $49/mo each additional, up to 9) for 24 months from signup.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Cancel anytime. The 24-month lock protects your rate — it isn't a commitment. There's no integration fee, and 45 days are free; billing starts only after your trial.
Do you guarantee premium savings?
No. Reductions are earned by running a documented, low-risk operation — your carrier sets your premium. EvidLY produces the records that make your case at renewal.
What if I have multiple locations?
Founder is $99/mo for your first location, plus $49/mo each additional (up to 9). Onboarding is waived for Founders — normally $199/org + $99 per additional location. 10+ locations is Enterprise.
Is my data secure?
Enterprise-grade infrastructure. Your data is never shared, never sold.
Not a startup guess — years in real kitchens.
EvidLY comes out of a working fire-safety company and real litigation, not a whiteboard. The record it keeps is the record we've had to defend.
Lock your rate. Close your gaps.
The free read is yours today. When you're ready to keep the record current, Founder pricing locks $99/mo for your first location (plus $49/mo each additional) for 24 months — no integration fee, 45 days free, 250 seats — each claimed when its account goes live.
