How the 30-Day Deferred Pilot works.
30 days. Integration fee paid upfront. SaaS billing begins Day 31.
Most companies give you a self-serve trial and hope you figure it out. EvidLY doesn’t. Your county requirements, your equipment, your vendors, your historical records — all of it has to be configured correctly before you can answer the question “where do I stand?”
During the 30-day Deferred Pilot, our team does that configuration work. You don’t. You review what we built, onboard your team, and validate the setup. Day 31, you have a kitchen-ready account and monthly billing kicks in.
The integration fee covers the build-out. The Founder rate covers the next 36 months. The 50% refund window through Day 15 protects you if it isn’t a fit.
Cancellation policy: Cancel days 1–15 for a 50% refund of your integration fee (work in progress). Cancel days 16–30, no refund (work substantially complete) but you keep your data export. If you don’t activate on Day 31, Documents + Calendar stay accessible (read-only); other surfaces lock until activation.
